Returns and cancellation policy
We hope you are pleased with your course. However, if you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please review the following terms.
Cancellation or deferral of GraduateSA Online Live Classroom or Online – On Demand Digital course.
We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the class’s start date for cancellation. You will be entitled to a refund of all tuition fees invoiced, or the amount paid will be held as a credit on your account to be offset against the value of any future course booking, less an administration fee of R1000. If study material was supplied (the textbooks) you may be asked to return the study material in a re-saleable condition.
Under no circumstances will a refund be given if less than 14 days’ notice is given, or if the course has already started.
If a customer wishes to defer their course to a later exam sitting, they must make the request prior to the course start date. We will allow up to two deferrals per course, subject to course availability. Any new study materials required will be charged at full retail price.
Course orders which have been deferred are not eligible for a refund.

Unforeseen circumstances
Unforeseen circumstances may cause us to modify some service elements such as course dates, course packages and lecturers. Should such unlikely event occur, GraduateSA will make every effort to communicate with you whilst making sure the most recent information will always be available online on www.graduatesa.co.za.
CGMA FLP Courses
There is no cooling off period for the CGMA FLP subscription, and no refunds or compensation will be offered once you’ve purchased your FLP subscription.
CGMA FLP Courses must be paid for in front, and in full. GraduateSA do not offer a payment plan, nor credit terms, for the CGMA FLP product.
A case study exam credit is for 1 attempt for a case study exam and may not be transferred to a case study on other levels. If the student scheduled a case study exam and does not cancel it within the exam booking window, it will be deemed to be an exam attempt.
Students must complete all applicable exams within the end date of their subscription, or they shall expire regardless of if the student has used all their attempts.
If you sit your Case Study exam and then fail, and the subscription has ended, you will need to renew your subscription to gain access to the next Case Study course (or purchase the course individually if it’s the final exam you have). If you have any further questions, please contact the team at lewis@graduatesa.co.za
You will not need any hard copy materials as you will be studying via the CGMA FLP platform, and therefore the studying will be done solely online.
ACCA Student ONLY: If you have exhausted GraduateSA complaint’s process and ACCA’s, you can escalate to the appropriate regulator. Details of which can be found on the ACCA website at the following link: https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/footertoolbar/contact-us/connect/unhappy.html.
