Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) will cover your use of the GSA website located at the domain name www.graduatesa.co.za . By accessing and using the website and by making payment to GSA in accordance with the payment instructions provided on your invoice you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
It is the policy of GSA not to share, distribute or sell our Clients’ particulars to any 3rd Party. Information will be used by GSA for communicating GSA related information.
Complaints Policy / Procedure.
All complaints should be forwarded in writing to email@example.com . Our management will investigate the matter and communicate outcomes to the student.
Returns and Refund Policy
No returns will be accepted for correctly supplied study material.
Cancellation Policy – Home Study
The student shall inform GSA of any cancellation and deferments in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org Orders cancelled within 7 days, without materials being dispatched will receive full refund subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled within 7 – 14 working days after payment has been received will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
No study material correctly supplied can be returned after 7 – 14 working days.
Orders cancelled more than 14 working days after having received the material will not be entitled to any refund/credit. Study material cannot be returned.
Cancellation Policy & Use of Online classes
You may only purchase an Online Course if you are currently studying for an ACCA, CIMA, CFA or FIA qualification (as applicable) and are resident outside of the European Economic Area.
Please see the description of the Online Course available on www.bpp.com for details of the contents of the available Online Courses. Except as set out in the description of the Online Course, no additional Course Materials and/or tuition (either online, face to face or classroom) will be provided by BPP.
Your purchase of an Online Course does not include any accompanying hard copy study, but may include Online Study Materials.
You will be notified of when you will have access to the Online Course purchased and for the length of time such access will be made available to you, unless any such Online Course is removed.
The receipt of an Online Course is personal to you and you may not transfer your rights to access the Online Course or provide an Online Course to any other person. You may not share your Online Course or your log-in details with any other person.
System Requirements (Recommended)
Please note that it is your responsibility to check that the computer you plan to use to access your Course Materials and the Online Course (and MyStudy, where applicable) is compatible with the minimum specification requirement that relates to the Online Course you are ordering. The current minimum specification requirements for the Online Courses are:

Purchase cancelled within 7 working days after the date of conclusion of the agreement, without having received any material, will be entitled to a full refund/credit, subject to a 10% cancellation fee (providing the OCR course start date has not passed and the content has not been accessed).
No refunds will be processed to orders cancelled after the start date of the online classes start date.
